TRANSPORT
Renfe collaborates with UNVEX 2024 offering a 5% discount on any of the fares on AVE and Larga Distancia trains, on national routes to/from Barcelona.
This offer is valid for journeys made from June 2 to 7, 2024.
Tickets may be purchased 2 months in advance of the train’s departure.
To benefit from this reduction, it is necessary to register online for the event (opening scheduled for the first week of September), giving you access from that moment to the “Discount Authorization”, which you will receive by email along with your accreditation.
The attendee must carry this document along with the ticket during the entire tour, as it will be requested at the access control or by the train’s Interventor/Supervisor.
Tickets can be purchased at authorized Renfe points of sale, stations, travel agencies and on the Internet.
Procedure for online purchase:
Access www.renfe.com
On the main page select your origin, destination and dates. Then “Buy” and once in the train list, choose the train that fits your needs. It must be a “Flexible” (F) fare. Click “Continue”.
In the drop-down menu of fares perform the following actions:
- Select the Congress/Events rate.
- Enter the authorization number in the box that appears (not valid for discount code box).
- Click on the recalculate button to display the updated price.
- Continue with the normal purchase process.
